Enjoy this awesome fall weather with us at Jungle Camp this Sunday! We’ll meet at the McCarren Park Track @ 4:00pm for some primal movement based circuit training. Moves such as the ape/beast walk and exercises such as kettle bell swings and medicine ball throws will help gear you towards peak physical condition.
